4-Day Darkness Retreat

This is an open booking request for a 4-day (3-night) private darkness retreat at our center in Norberg, Sweden.

Unlike fixed-date group retreats, this offering allows you to request the timing that works best for you. After submitting your request, we’ll get in touch to confirm availability and support you in preparing for your retreat.

A darkness retreat is a deeply restorative and introspective experience, held in total darkness and silence. In the absence of external stimulation, the mind and body naturally slow down, allowing deep rest, emotional processing, and inner clarity to unfold. Each guest stays in a private, sound-insulated room designed to maintain complete darkness.

Daily high-quality meals are delivered through a silent hatch, and brief wellness check-ins are offered if needed. The experience is supported with a pre-retreat consultation and post-retreat integration session.

This retreat is suited for those seeking solitude, nervous system reset, emotional processing, or simply a pause from overstimulation. Due to the depth of the practice, guests are asked to complete a short health declaration form prior to confirmation.
